Congratulations to our athletes who competed in the Antrim Forum at the weekend where Bridget McDyer took silver in the shot and bronze in the javelin, Fodhla McFadden took bronze in the long jump and Thomas Marry was fourth in the shot putt.

Training at the new track at RSC on Monday evenings is now finished for the summer. Sportshall and Cross Country will be starting up again in later August or early September.
A number of our adult club athletes are targeting the Lifford 5K which is on this Friday with a start time of 7.15pm. The course is fast and always draws a large number of runners. Due to the travel distance it is suggested to carpool. With this regard let Aidan Gillespie know who intends to travel and he can forward the list back to work out a travel plan.
