Quiet Moment boss Brendan McGlynn with staff and TG4 presenters two weeks ago

SO WHAT can you get to eat when you stop off for a bite to eat in Co Donegal?

Well much has been made of the menu at The Quiet Moment cafe in Letterkenny when TG4 stopped off to film for this Thursday’s edition of An Samhradh Linn.

The programme – showing at 8.30pm – is a holiday series promoting counties across Ireland.

And this week’s edition is in Donegal.

Two weeks ago customers at the Quiet Moment looked on as the ingredients in some of the establishment’s best-selling sandwiches were examined!
