Volunteers working on the stage for next week’s Lennon Festival
THERE’S just a few days left to the Lennon Festival kicks off.
And work has started on the stage in Ramelton which will be at the centre of the week-long annual festival.
Volunteers spent Tuesday evening making sure the stage was perfectly level using some old-fashioned spirit levels….bottles of beer!
The festival proper begins on Friday, July 12 and continues until Monday, July 15.
But there will be loads of events from next Wednesday, including a raft race and a children’s crab-fishing competition.
