IT’S hard to know what Finn Harps need to do to win these days.

They appeared to have everything right against Cobh Ramblers in Ballybofey on Friday night – and still managed to drop points.

Keith Cowan headed Harps into the lead on 17 minutes as the home side launched a series of attacks, and Michael Funston added a second ten minutes later.

Cobh pulled one back three minutes later, and then equalised in the 67th minute.

McHugh could have snatched all the points for Harps late on; but at least Peter Hutton’s team has ended a run of defeats – and there were some great performances in the side to give encouragement for the rest of the season.
