GRAVEYARD SERVICES IN LETTERKENNY

 

Next Sunday, 14th July at 4 pm we will have Public Prayers for the Faithful Departed in Conwal Graveyard. We encourage as many people as possible to walk to the Graveyard.

During the coming week we invite you to tidy up your loved ones graves and the graveyards in general. Please use the skips for all old wreaths and weeds. Please refrain from letting your dog run free in the graveyard as they are sacred places.

We would like to thank all who sing in the Cathedral on a weekly basis. We thank Graham Harrison and the Cathedral Choir, Catriona McIntyre and the Irish Choir, Patrick Doherty and the Folk Choir, the Hennessy Sisters and Deirdre McLaughlin and all Soloists and Musicians who help out on various occasions. We thank you for your commitment in providing Music and Singing at our Liturgies. All choirs would be more than delighted to have new recruits. If you can sing or play an instrument, please think about sharing your gift and talent with others.

 

This being the first Sunday of the Month the Adoration Chapel will open at the 1 pm for the following areas: Thorndale, Thorn Road, Elmwood Downs, Brookside Villas, The Glebe, Cornagill, Barnhill, Barnhill Park, The Fairways & Magherennan Heights.

 

A Social for the YOUNG AT HEART CLUB will be held in the Social Centre, Oliver Plunkett Road on Tuesday 9th July at 8 pm. This Social will be hosted by The Quiet Moment.
