Manus and grillIT’S the newest thing in dining – the Josper Charcoal Grill.

Gordan Ramsay and Hestor Blumenthal swear by it and use it in their restaurants.

Now only the second one ever to be used in Ireland has arrived at the Mount Errigal Hotel in Letterkenny.

And Head Chef Manus McBride is promising you’ll never want to eat steak or fish any other way once you’ve tried it out at their new retaurant Dexter’s Smoke House.

Hake, salmon and steaks of all sizes come to your table smelling and tasting wonderful.

“Our Head Chef Manus is in the throws of developing an exciting new Menu, the menu & the quality of the steak & fish cooked on this Grill will be the talk of the town,” promised the Mount Errigal’s Carolynne Harrison.

“This is the oven that is used by the world’s top chefs in the world’s top restaurants.

“This piece of equipment was a major investment for us, however, we believe in quality local food and with this and the talents of our experienced Head Chef Manus & his team, we are confident that our ‘passion for grilling’ will be appreciated!”
