ANOTHER Donegal hotel has gone on the market – with a value price-tag.
The Letterkenny Court Hotel has a €900,000 guide price.
The Main Street Hotel has 57 en suite guest bedrooms and 26 apartments as well as a ground-floor reception.
Its Dillon’s Bar, which also has separate street access “extends over split levels with front and rear bar and is fitted in traditional style with some of its areas suitable for casual dining in a relaxed atmosphere” according to estate agents.
On the lower-ground floor is Lannigan’s Restaurant which was recently refurbished to provide dining for up to 90 patrons.
