Terry Leyden presents Ciana Brogan with the Donegal Women’s U14 League trophy

Our u/14 girls won the league last week when they won 4-2 in Glenree. Caoimhe Walshe(2), Zoe Green and Ciana Brogan were the scorers. Our ladies team remained clear at the top after a 7-2 home win over Bonagee Utd, Lauren Harper(4), Nikita Burke, Amber Barrett and Caroline Gallagher were the scorers. Our u/18 girls put in a good performance before losing 3-2 to Fanad Utd in the Glencar Inn cup. Zoe Mc Glynn and Amy Bpyd were their scorers.. Our men’s team held a fun day followed by Trevor Loughrey playing in the hall on Sunday. Thanks to everyone who helped make it such a successful day. Our first game of the new season is at home to local rivals Dromoghill Fc next Thursday, in the Brian Mc Cormick cup. In our weekly lotto the numbers drawn were 5,11,17 and 24. 15 people had two numbers with Stanley Dill being drawn out and winning E50. Next weeks jackpot is E4425.00. The club extends sympathy to the family of the late Nancy Gallagher. We would also extend sympathy to the Graham and Crawford family’s (Letterkenny) on their recent tragedy.
