Memories of the Past in St. Connell’s Museum & Heritage Centre:
Today Saturday 24th August from 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. Traditional Craft Workers will be in St. Connell’s Museum & Heritage Centre, Glenties demonstrating their traditional crafts and skills. There will also be guided tours of the Museum. Partial wheelchair access. For more information (087)6542203.
Irish Dance Classes:
Irish Dance Classes will resume on Tuesday 3rd September in the Highlands Hotel, Glenties Beginners and Junior Dancers are welcome at 4 p.m. Advance Class at 5 p.m.
Wedding Bells:
Congratulations and best wishes to Daniel Furey, son of Patsy and Bried Furey, Ard Patrick, Glenties and his bride Jamie Lee Fox, Sligo who were married in Sligo Cathedral on Saturday 17th August 2013. The reception was held in The Diamond Coast Hotel, Eniscrone and the honeymoon is being spent in Las Vegas and Cancun.
