The Couch to 5K programme is back at at Letterkenny Community Centre!

Due to the success of the last two Couch to 5K races, a new Couch to 5K programme will commence on Monday 2nd September at Letterkenny Community Centre running track.

This 9 week programme requires no running experience which makes it ideal for complete beginners and everyone is welcome to attend.

Classes take place on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6pm priced at €2 per class.
