DD LOGO 2THE average price of a three-bedroom semi-detached home in Co Donegal has fallen an astonishing 64% since their height, and prices are still falling.

The latest survey from myhome.ie shows only prices in Dublin are rising again.

But Donegal has the cheapest homes in the country as prices continue to fall.

The cheapest three-bed semis on the market are here with average price of €76,750.

The same house in Dublin costs €250,000, the report says.
