The Killybegs star is one of a number of high-profile footballers who will be present on the night.

He is being released from international training duty by caretaker boss Noel King.

The aim of the night is to honour all professional players from Donegal who have played abroad.

The night is being hosted and arranged by Donegal goalkeeping legends Packie Bonner and Shay Given.

Paddy Harte of The Gathering said everything is beginning to fall into place for what promises to be a great night.

“Packie and Shay have put in Trojan work and things are really beginning to click.

“We’re delighted that Seamus is able to join so many other players on the night.

“There are still tickets available for what promises to be a great occasion,” he said.
