A Co Donegal man has been awarded one of Ireland’s top legal awards.

Kevin McLaughlin has been awarded Litigation Specialist of the Year 2013 by the Irish Institute of Credit Management at the annual IICM Credit Awards held at the Conrad Hotel on 22nd November 2013.

Kevin, from Malin Head, works for Hugh J. Ward & Co Solicitors & Credit Management Outsource Solutions (CMOS) Limited 

Hugh Ward commented, “This reflects Kevin’ knowledge, expertise and contribution to the legal aspects of our full end to end credit management services and I wish to congratulate Kevin on behalf of all our 51 staff members and clients.”

Kevin McLaughlin, Chief Operations Officer of Hugh J Ward & Co Solicitors and Credit Management Outsource Solutions (CMOS) Limited said, “I am absolutely delighted to have been recognised by the Irish Institute of Credit Management in this way.

“We see winning this award as a reflection of our commitment to providing our clients with exemplary service as well as balancing the needs of their debtors in a fair and balanced way.”

Kevin is a graduate of the Letterkenny Institute of Technology.
