Loreto students Emma Harvey and Ellen Doherty are doing swimmingly well in their chosen sport.

The Letterkenny girls added to their earlier successes of this season by coming first and second at the prestiguous Ulster Secondary Schools Swimming Gala in Ballymena last weekend.

Both girls competed in the Breastroke and both swimmers are now receiving recognition for the hours of training they have put in in the early mornings at training with Swilly Seals Swimming Club.

Well done, it is not the last we will hear from these two outstanding swimmers.
