Little Ruby is missing

A woman has appealed for the return of her family pet after it was taken from Letterkenny this morning.

The dog (pictured looking a little younger) was taken or may have followed someone from the Fernhill area just before 11am.

The dog, named Ruby, may have been taken or may have followed other people in the direction of the Farm Road.

The dog’s owner, Deirdre McBride said her two little boys are just devastated since Ruby went missing.

Deirdre says she has been told that someone was spotted taking the dog out of her own area in Fernhill.

“She is quite distinctive and we just want her back,” said Deirdre.
