This is Kathryn Holligan who has not been seen since leaving her home in Co Kildare earlier this week and is believed to be in the North West.
Kathryn, from Chanterland, Athy was last seen leaving her home at around 9.00pm on Wednesday.
There was a reported sighting of the 17-year-old in Derry on Thursday afternoon when it was reported she was in the company of a boy.
Kathryn is described as 5ft 2” in height, with long brown hair and blue eyes.
It is not known what Kathryn was wearing at the time of her disappearance.
The boy she was spotted in Derry with has been described as in his late teens.
Gardai are liaising with the PSNI and ask anyone with information to contact Athy Garda Station on 059 – 8634210 or the Garda Confidential Line 1800 666 111 or their nearest PSNI station.
