FINN HARPS CO-OP TO HOST THEIR AGM ON APRIL 13TH

The Annual General Meeting of Finn Harps Co-Operative Society Ltd. will take place in Jackson’s Hotel on Sunday 13th April 2014 at 7.00pm. Shareholders will meet and the 2013 audited accounts will be presented.finn harps logo

The Agenda for the meeting is as follows:

· Welcome

· Minutes of the last A.G.M

· Matters Arising

· Adoption of minutes

· Presentation of 2013 Audited Accounts

· Adoption of Accounts

· Appointment of Auditors

· Election of board members

· Update on new stadium

· A.O.B

Those seeking positions on the Board of Directors must have their nomination signed by two shareholders. They also must indicate which position they wish to seek on the board. These must be returned to the Finn Harps office by 5.00pm on Thursday 10th April. They should be marked: AGM, c/o Secretary Finn Harps Co-operative Society Limited, Navenney Street, Ballybofey, Co. Donegal.

 

Any motions for the AGM must be signed by one member of the present board and these must also be returned to the Finn Harps office by 5.00pm on Thursday 10th April.

 

This AGM is for shareholders, it is not an open meeting for supporters. We would be very grateful if all shareholders could make an effort to attend the AGM.
