Outlook – Another glorious weekend ahead, apart from Saturday morning rain, we will see loads of sunshine.
FRIDAY … It will be a cold start, with a grass frost in some inland areas as temperatures fall overnight to just 2C or 3C. But Donegal will see sunshine for most of Friday, with just light winds, and temperatures of up to 16C in the afternoon. There is the chance of the odd shower, especially in the west of the county, but generally another glorious day for the county. Temperatures will fall no lower than 9C on Friday night as heavy rain hits the county from around 2am Saturday.
SATURDAY …Saturday will start very wet with widespread rain and/or showers for the county; but these will clear by the afternoon with bright sunshine once again and temperatures of up to 15C or higher. Saturday evening will see the best of the sunshine.
SUNDAY: Sunday will start misty and dull but it will soon brighten up and temperatures will rise once again to 16C or 17C with loads of sunshine, the best of this in the afternoon.
