Recognising the important role of carers, Donegal Local Development Company Ltd, in association with Carers Association and the Health Service Executive, is organising a Caring for Carers FREE Event for unpaid carers in An Chúirt Hotel, Gweedore on Tuesday 10th June. 
This event aims to provide carers with the opportunity to share their experiences and get to know others.
You can sit back and avail of motivational tips from the Key Speaker Shane Martin, followed by lunch and a choice of therapies to relax and unwind.
Shane is a psychologist dedicated to teaching the very best self-help psychology to empower people to enhance the quality of their lives.
Shane aligns himself to the school of Positive Psychology which focuses on our strengths; he is passionate about helping us prepare mentally and develop strategies for the inevitable crises that are part of life’s journey, so we can be happier, healthier and more resilient.
