Eoin Boyle and Peader Boyle, both of whom hail from the beautiful island of Arranmore, decided that they would like to do something unique to raise money for Donegal Down Syndrome and Macmillan Cancer Support.
After much deliberation, the two men decided that they would cycle from their homes in London back to their own homes on Arranmore Island.
The two lads set off from their homes in London on Saturday, and are currently in Letterkenny.
Four intense days of cycling has seen the lads face many highs and lows, but the finish line is almost within touching distance.
Their legs are aching, their knees are sore, but these hardy men from the island are on the final straight.
They’ll leave Letterkenny and head to Arranmore Island via Glenveagh National Park on the final leg of their epic journey.
The lads have raised a huge amount of money for both charities, and were warmly welcomed by members of Donegal Down Syndrome when they reached the Square in the Letterkenny earlier this evening.
Any donations would be greatly appreciated, so if you’d like to support Peadar and Eoin, then you can by clicking on either of the links outlined below.
