Margaret Buckley & Michael Treacy won the Friday mixed Foursomes with Maureen Childs and Eugene McRoe runners up.

Maureen Childs completed the treble – winning the Cancer Care West Charity competition on the 6th with her husband David and Jim Nixon, winning the S & R Motors sponsored competition on the 10th with a fine score of 39pts which qualifies her to play in the final of the VW Masters in Powerscourt in September and also winning the weekly 9 hole competition with 19pts. Anna Colhoun, one of our long playing members, was runner up on a BOT from Bernie Treacy and Gillian O’Callaghan.
