A CO DONEGAL woman has been sent for trial to the Circuit Court, charged with dangerous driving causing the death of surfer Alan McSherry.
Lisa Roohan (24) from Boyannagh is also charged with giving false information to a guard.
The the book of evidence on the defendant was served on her in court today.
Ms Roohan is on continuing bail.
Mr McSherry died at Ardfarna, outside Bundoran on August 25, 2013 whilst walking home after a night out. He was 48.
