Bradleys: Closed

THIRTEEN people have lost their jobs following the closure of one of Buncrana’s best-known supermarkets.

Bradley’s EuroSpar in the Dunree Centre has been trading for decades – some of the staff have worked there for 30 years.

“It is just devastating,” said one member of staff.

“We can’t believe it has closed.”

Bradley’s was run by former town councillor Paul Bradley who complained recently about crippling commercial rates.

Staff numbers had been halved in recent years as he battle international supermarket chains.
