GAA NEWS: MacCUMHAILLS OFF TO ALL-IRELAND FEILE

FEILE 2014

Best of luck to the lads as they head off this weekend to represent the club and Donegal in the All Ireland Feile in Mayo. These extremely hard working lads have performed brilliantly over the last, winning the County Under 13 championship, the County Under 14 league and they are in the County Under 14 Championship final. We know they will do the club and county proud. Good luck lads.

 

MAC CUMHAILLS JACKPOT HITS €10,000

There were no winners of this weeks Jackpot.

Numbers drawn were 3,4,5 and 16.

There were match 3 winners.

Lisa Patton, Willie Harold, Edel Laverty and Brendan Dunleavy receive €40 each.

Shane Mc Nultys team selling this week.

Next weeks Jackpot is €10,000.

 

DONEGAL SENIOR FOOTBALL

Well done to the County Senior footballers. Keep her lit for the final!

 

THIRD TEAM

Our Third Team took on St Eunans in Mac Cumhaill Park on Sat evening. In what was a close,hard fought match, Mac Cumhaills emerged victorious on the slenderest of margins. Full Time score was Mac Cumhaills 0-10 St Eunans 0-09. Scorers for Mac Cumhaills were David White 0-06, Brian Patton 0-02, Michael Lynch 0-01 and Daniel Gallen 0-01. This win puts the lads in joint third place in the league.

 

UNDER 10 FOOTBALL

Well done to all the U 10 boys and girls that took part in the 2 blitzes in Mac Cumhaill park on Friday and Sat. We had over 50 children represent the club, recording victories over St Eunans, Gweedore, Red Hughes and Convoy. Well done to all involved.

 

Fixtures

Under 12 Boys. away to Convoy Monday at 6.30pm.

Third Team away to Glenties Sat 28th June at 7.30pm.

Senior/Reserve. Home to Dungloe. 1.30pm/3.00pm.

 

BINGO

The Bingo is on in the Villa Rose hotel this week. All very welcome.
