UNDER 16 LADIES FOOTBALL

Our U16 ladies traveled to Convoy yesterday evening for our second match in the group stages. We started of very well and built up a good lead, but as the game progressed Convoy came more into the game and it was very even until half time .We regrouped and came out strong in the second half and played some very good football and ran out winners on a score line of 6-5 to 1-4. All Players who travelled got game time. This was a good result against a very good Convoy team. We take on Glenfin next week and a victory would see us top the group. We would like to see all family members come out next week and support the girls.
