YOUNG CYCLISTS HURT DURING GARTAN YOUTH RACE

DD LOGO 2SIX young cyclists taking part in a mini ‘Tour’ event in Co Donegal have been treated for various injuries after being caught up in yesterday’s freak downpours.

All of the cyclists were hurt during falls at the first day of the event around Gartan.

All were treated for their injuries – mainly broken bones – at Letterkenny General Hospital.

The Errigal Youth Tour will continue today.
