Our Seniors played away to Na Cealla Beaga last Sunday evening. 1:11 v 1:10. Referee Enda McNeely. Gaeil Fhánada Reserves were very disappointed after travelling all the way to Killybegs to find out that Killybegs Reserves couldn’t field a team.

U6, U8 & U10 Training

Training on Friday at 6p.m. sharp in Pairc Uí Siail, Portsalon. Everyone please bring your own water bottles and gumshields.

U13 Training

Training for the U13 team on Tuesday at 5.30p.m. sharp in Pairc Uí Siail, Portsalon. Next game is away to MacCumhaills on Wednesday 27th at 7.30pm. For further information contact Martin McAteer.

U7 & U8 v Red Hughs Report

Gaeil Fhánada’s U7 and U8 teams had two very good games away to Red Hughs on Tuesday evening, both teams played very well and were cheered on by all the parents who travelled in large numbers to support them. Thanks to Lisa and Mark who coached the U7s and Martin and Oisin who coached the U8s and to all the parents for all their help.

All the U8 boys and girls wish a speedy recovery to the young Doherty boy from Red Hughs who picked up a nasty finger injury during the U8 game.

Gaeil Fhánada Club Draw – 1st Draw will now take place on the second Monday of every month starting in September. There are a few tickets still left if anyone interested, please contact any committee member asap.

Comhghairdeas Mór from all at Gaeil Fhánada to the Fanad Accordion Band who retained their All Ireland Fleadh title. Big congratulations to all, keep up the good work.
