GAA NEWS: KILCAR SENIORS STAY TOP AFTER OVERCOMING ST EUNANS

Our seniors defeated St Eunans by 1-11 to 0-13 last Sunday to stay top of Division One they are now four points clear of Naomh Conaill with just four matches to play while our Reserves also had a good win 3-11 to 1-09 was the final score in that match they are third in the table eight points behind leaders Four Masters but have two matches in hand. Our Under 21s set up a meeting with Naomh Conaill after their 5-21 to 1-03 win over Glenswilly last Wednesday evening in Towney.

 

Underage

Congratulations to Ardara on winning the Michael Doherty Memorial cup on Friday evening last and also to Killybegs on winning the B competition. A great evening was had by all. Thanks to all who helped out.

The Under 10’s are away in Naomh Ultan this Saturday at 11am for their last blitz of the year. Our Under 13’s played Naomh Ultan last Wednesday evening and ran out convincing winners. They now play Dungloe on Wednesday evening in Towney at 6:30pm. Good luck to our Under 15’s in the og sport this Saturday in Letterkenny.

Ours minors were defeated by Naomh Columba on Monday evening in the second leg of the championship. Final score Naomh Columba 2-09 Cill Chartha 0-03 so it goes to a third match to see who progresses in the championship.

Lotto

There was no winner of the Club Lotto Jackpot so next week’s Jackpot is €6,700 this week’s numbers were 1, 7, 16 and 28 winners were: €50 Eamon Carr, West End Bar €30 Emma Ni Suibhne, Cnoc Chartha and €20 Martin Galagher, Drimreagh. Lotto Plus numbers 8, 17, 19 and 22 there was no winner.
