He might not know all the names of all the players just yet.

But there’s no question that little Daithi Grant will be a huge Donegal GAA fan.

Daithi was just four days old when he watched yesterday’s amazing All-Ireland semi-final with mum Claire and dad Odhrán.

Little Daithi (Peadar) arrived at Letterkenny General Hospital at 4.04pm on Thursday afternoon.

Claire, who is from Slieve Sneach Close in Letterkenny and Odhrán, who is also from Letterkenny, made sure they enjoyed their first real occasion as a family.

And just to make it a little more special, the trio bought new jerseys for the occasion as they shouted on Jim and the boys.

Odhrán said it was just something special to watch the game with the couple’s new baby who weighed in at 6ib 4oz.

“It was just an amazing feeling. To watch the game as a family was something special.

“But to watch the lads to go on and qualify for the All-Ireland was just unbelievable.

“Getting three tickets for the final is the next problem,” laughed Odhrán.
