Katy and Daniel will tie the knot today!

Former teenage golf star Daniel Sweeney has secured his best ever ‘birdie’ by walking up the aisle with the stunning Katy Boyle.

Daniel, a native of Keadue, whose promising golf career was cut short due to a chronic shoulder injury, marries Katy in the beautiful setting of Melrose in the Scottish Borders.

Friends of the couple think it was a ‘stroke’ of luck he managed to convince Katy to marry him, ‘putt’ she’s ready to walk up the aisle with the former Cruit Island golf prodigy.

The sleepy village has been taken over by an invasion of Donegal people who have all traveled to wish the happy couple well!
