The samples were taken recently and sent away for analysis following claims that there was a foul smell form the water.

Other residents also complained that their water was discoloured.

A meeting on the issue will be held tonight in the Glenswilly GAA Hall at 8.30pm when the findings will be made known.

An overall discussion on the public water supply in the area will also be held.

All local residents are invited to attend.
