Senior Football

Both the Seniors and Reserves did really well this week with both teams winning their League matches against gallant Urris teams at the Scarvey.

The Reserves were convincing winners scoring 5-7 to 1-11 but it was a tighter affair for the Seniors at 4-8 to 3-9.

Senior Training

Seniors & Minors Hurling training is on Wednesdays at 7.00pm. All players are urged to make every effort to attend.

Seniors, Reserves, U-18, & U21 Football training is on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7.30 in the Scarvey. New players always welcome!

Cursa Gaeilge

Not too late to join up for our Beginners Irish Conversation Classes Tuesday nights in the Scarvey 7 – 8.30 pm. Please note this course is for beginners only or those who haven’t spoken Irish in many years. Participants will be awarded with An Fáinne or Cúpla Focal pins as recognition of their levels of spoken Irish at the end of this 20 week course. The course costs €40 and all proceeds go towards the Club Development Fund. Fáilte roimh achan duine

Under Age Reports

Great win for U13 Girls in today’s semi 11- 6 to 3 pts Buncrana v St Michaels. This had to be the best team performance by any Buncrana team this year! Very talented individually but more importantly how they played as a collective unit. Great team in the making and let’s hope as many as possible stick with it and progress to the Seniors. The final will be this weekend and details will be announced later but any support there will be greatly appreciated.
