NAOMH Conaill has won the right to have its appeal heard by the Ulster Council over the result of their semi-final clash with Glenswilly.
Croke Park ruled last night that the Ulster Council – which had refused to hear the appeal on a technicality – should hear the case.
The Glenties-based club however says it does not want to interfere with the Ulster Championship and have backed St Eunan’s to go ahead with its clash with Roslea at O’Donnell Park tomorrow.
N Conaill were angry when a Glenswilly who should have been given a red card was in fact given a black card.
The Donegal board turned down the appeal.
