URRIS will fly the flag for Donegal in this year’s Provincial Club Championship deciders.
The Inishowen club defeated Keady 1-07 to 0-07 today to book their place in the Ulster final. They play Rock of Tyrone in the final.
But it was semi-final defeats for St Eunan’s and Cloughaneely in the Senior and Intermediate championships today.
St Eunan’s came so close to an equalising goal in the dying embers of their clash with Omagh at Celtic Park in Derry.
But the game against St Enda’s proved a step too far for the Donegal County Senior Champions after eight back-to-back games, the Tyrone side winning 1-08 to 0-08.
Cloughaneely couldn’t repeat their heroics of recent weeks, though they were on the coattails of Warrenpoint for long periods in their Ulster Intermediate Final.
However the Falcarragh men lost 2-16 to 1-08.
