Lifford News

Gateway Writers Group: We are pleased to announce New York Times Best Selling Author, Brian McGilloway, will launch their latest collection of short stories and poems ‘Present of the past’, on Friday, the 28th November 2014 at 7pm in The Lifford/Clonleigh Resource Centre. Refreshment will be served. All Welcome.

Irish for beginners. We are looking to run an Irish class for beginners. If anyone is interested, please contact the Lifford/Clonleigh Resource Centre on 074 91 41773.

The Lifford/Clonleigh Men’s Shed Group is delighted with the arrival of their very own shed.

The shed is located at the Lifford/Clonleigh Resource Centre.

New members are always welcome.

Clay Modelling: Attention Ceramics enthusiast.

New model making classes starting at Clonleigh Resource centre Lifford

Classes encourage the making of both hand-made objects and connections among people within the class. Participants will create baskets and sculpture from clay and decorate with creative patterns and colours.

Beginner classes will start with basics of model rendering and design.

If you are interested you can contact the Lifford/Clonleigh Resource Centre on 074 91 41773.

BLOSSOMS: Blossoms charity shop is open Tuesday to Thursday from 12pm to 4pm and Friday from 10am to 1pm.

We would also like you to donate any old items such as books, clothes etc. We are looking for winter clothing (jackets, hats, scarf etc.).
