A CO Donegal man this week escaped going to jail for assaulting his partner.
Daniel Neil Lynch, 37, from St Johnston, received a four-month suspended prison sentence over the attack in February in February this year.
Lynch’s case one of 11 heard at Derry Magistrates’ Court at a special sitting for domestic violence cases before District Judge Barney McElhome.
