A company is selling pieces of Donegal’s Muckish Mountain for €20 a time.

Muckish Mountain

Muckish Mountain

Irish Landowner, which has its offices in Wicklow, even offers a certificate, a plot number and a picture of the land.

The company says the land is based in the beautiful foothills of Muckish Mountain in Moyra Glebe, Falcarragh.

The company’s website says the little pieces of land make the perfect Irish gift or wedding favours.

The company’s website boasts “IRISH LANDOWNER sells Certificates for small pieces of land, each piece measures 6.45cm² / 1in² in size. The land is based at the foothills of magnificent Muckish Mountain in County Donegal, Ireland. Each Certificate has its own Unique, Individual Plot Number. The Certificate is accompanied by a stunning photograph of the land and surrounding area all presented in a beautiful high quality Gift Box. No Taxes, Liabilities, Hidden Costs.”

And best of all, the company says people who buy pieces of the land can visit it anytime and even supply directions to it!
