Members of the Killybegs Coast Guard who are taking part in the search for the missing man.
The search for a missing Carrick man has been stood down for the day and will recommence at 10am tomorrow morning.
David Maguire, a 37 year old local man has been missing since New Year’s Day.
Killybegs Coast Guard have returned to base after another extensive day of searching in the Carrick area.
A vast area has been covered from Slieve league all the way along the coast line as far as Drimanoo head in Killybegs as well as the River which runs from Carrick to Teelin.
Thanks has ben expressed to all the locals and volunteers who are helping in the search.
Among those taking part in the search are the Killybegs Coast and Rescue team, Killala CG team, the DMRT, the Sligo based Coast Guard Helicopter, Garda divers and kayakers.
