Dublin star Bernard Brogan has admitted he still hasn’t been able to watch his side’s demolition by Donegal in last year’s All-Ireland semi-final.
The forward told Ryan Tubridy on last night’s Late Late Show that he was still hurt by the manner in which they were beaten.
Brogan said he felt his team had left the game on the pitch.
But he admitted that Jim McGuinness and his team came to Croke Park with a plan and executed it well.
He suggested that a couple of mistakes by his team was the only difference between winning and being dumped out of the championship.
However he admitted that he had still not watched a repeat of the game.
He laughed and said he would have to have the 30 players from the entire Dubin set-up with him to relive the moment.
Perhaps he can watch a replay this summer with Rory Gallagher as the new director of the Donegal dreamteam!
