Job Vacancy: The stunning Inishowen Gateway Hotel are seeking to recruit a full-time Bar Manager to become part of their dynamic and hard-working workforce.
The Inishowen Gateway Hotel is a thriving 3 star hotel located on the shores of Lough Swilly.
Due to the increase in business it now is in a position to recruit a full- time Bar Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity which has arisen for an experienced Bar Manager to take charge of all operational aspects of the bar.
Management at the hotel would require the successful candidate to come with previous experience in a similar role.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring quality customer service is at the centre of everything we do.
The successful candidate should meet the following criteria:
•Previous bar experience
•Customer focused
•Commercial Acumen
•Excellent people management skills
•Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Effective organisation and supervisory skills
• Ability to work under pressure
•Ability to work flexible hours
