That’s the message from Met Eireann who expect the early summer weather to return again next week reaching highs of up to 18 degrees once more.
Although today is to be another fine day, some rain showers are expected to move in towards the evening.
Cooler weather is expected to replace the sunny overtones we have been enjoying in recent days for the weekend.
But according to the national forecaster, a return of the sun is just around the corner!
From Tuesday onwards temperatures are again expected to climb towards 16 to 18 degrees as a ridge of high pressure returns.
The arrival of the current sunny spell has meant for a bumper Easter holiday period for traders across Donegal.
Shops, bars, restaurants and hotels have all reported an increase in the number of visitors.
And the strength of sterling has made for the perfect storm for the local economy – albeit without the usual wind and rain to go with it!
