This is the amazing scene as a line of fire rips through the Donegal landscape last night.
The gorse fire started on the main Donegal to Castlederg Road called the Derg Line road near Ballybofey.
The fire service came out from Castlederg and kept a watching brief overt eh fire as it headed towards a river.
Nobody was hurt during the blaze which eventually burned out.
