A 20 year old Stranorlar man has appeared in curt charged with dangerous driving causing death.
Letterkenny Court.
Gary O’Donnell of Steeple View, Dunwiley, appeared at Letterkenny District Court this morning.
Mr O’Donnell was sent forward for trial at Letterkenny Circuit Court on December 8th next.
The court heard he does occasional labouring work with his father and earns €300 a week.
Legal aid was granted in the case.
Members of the deceased person’s family were also in court for the short hearing.
