JASON BLACK HITS STUMBLING BLOCK IN LATEST MOUNTAIN ATTEMPT

Jason Black

Mountaineer Jason Black has been hit with a stumbling block in his latest summit attempt.

The well-known Letterkenny adventurer is attempting to start the New Year by scaling Aconcagua, a 6,960.8 metres (22,837 ft) mountain, in the Andes Mountain range in Argentina.

After some initial successful days of climbing, Jason has ben forced to return to base camp after some horrific weather conditions.
