A 52-year-old man has been further remanded in custody charged with the murder of a Churchill man four years ago.
Samuel James Clarke from Magherahane, Raphoe was charged with the murder Seamus Doherty, 67 at his home at Drumacnoo, Churchill on June 17, 2012.
Clarke appeared at a sitting of Harristown District Court yesterday.
He was remanded until February 12th next to Harristown court.
Clarke had appeared before Buncrana District Court on Thursday after being arrested at his home in Raphoe on Wednesday by detectives investigating the murder.
