The Aura Leisure Centre in Letterkenny.
Letterkenny Athletic Club are holding an eight-week Fit4Life programme, in conjunction with Donegal Sports Partnership, at the Aura Leisure Centre, beginning on Monday, January 24th.
The programme is aimed at those who are keen to adopt a healthier body and mind, with the emphasis very much on fun.
It is hoped that all participants of the programme will compete in and enjoy the 5K road race which will be held in Letterkenny on Thursday, March 17th, organised by Letterkenny Athletic Club.
The Fit4Life will take place at the Danny McDaid Track at the Aura each Monday at 8 pm and each Friday at 7 pm. Three euro per session.
Registrations will be taken on Monday night, January 24th, at 7.30 pm.
