The School offers a wide range of postgraduate opportunities. The programme selection is divided into two categories, with pre-experience programmes aimed at recent graduates, who have little experience, and post-experience programmes aimed at those with significant experience.
Post-experience Masters courses are offered in executive and professional education – Innovation Management in the Public Service, Innovation & Leadership, and Learning & Teaching. An important aspect of how the learning is delivered on these post-experience programmes is the inclusion of away time.
“Our flexible learning model is also very important which uses a combination of 2/3 day block delivery and online, as opposed to completely online, the personal element is very important, we bring best practice national and international speakers to our modules, and focus on developing a positive social environment for the exchange of ideas and discussion. Getting managers and professionals to discuss and engage is key, learning, in particular action learning, is a social process.”
