JOB VACANCY: DONEGAL SIGNS COMPANY WANT GRAPHIC DESIGNER

JOB VACANCY: A Donegal Signs company are seeking to recruit a Graphic Designer to join their innovative, dynamic and hardworking team.

The Sign Place, at Callaghan’s is looking for an experienced, creative and dynamic Graphic Designer, with a strong attention to detail to work with a busy Design and production team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and creating the visual message from initial concept to final artwork.
  • Designing and preparing print ready artwork for all in house publications.
  • Completing print ready artwork for all pre-printed stationary, business cards and in house documents
  • Designing and preparing print ready final artwork for all marketing material such as flyers, flags, banners and corporate gifts
  • Designing and preparing final artwork for machine decals in line with the branding guidelines
  • Designing and preparing final artwork for all company signage
  • Preparing visuals and artwork for all events and conventions
  • Preparing and designing company presentations
  • Creating and finalising brand guidelines with other Design team members

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience Required
  • 1-year experience working as a Graphic Designer in a fast paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail is essential
  • Proficiency within Corel, Photoshop and Illustrator or similar packages
  • Experience in producing print ready artwork
  • Experience working on both small and large format advertising material such as leaflets, posters and billboards, backdrops, signage, pull- up stands etc
  • Proven experience working to right deadlines is required
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Knowledge of online publishing and graphic work
  • Experience or an understanding of marketing would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design and/or After Effects is an advantage
  • Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude, and a creative flair for visual design.
  • Highly organised and able to multi task
  • Excellent Team Player
  • 100% Fluency in English essential (written, spoken and comprehension)
