JOB VACANCIES: The vacant positions will be across the Tearooms & Restaurant at Glenveagh National Park, the Tearooms at The Glebe Gallery and at Thymeout Cafe and Tearooms in Letterkenny.

Management at Glenveagh Catering Limited have the following positions available.

  • General Manager.
  • Supervisors.
  • Chef/Cook.
  • Wait Staff.
  • Kitchen Staff
  • (Part-time and full-time positions available)

The vacant positions will be across both their Tearooms and Restaurant at Glenveagh National Park (private franchise) and their Thymeout Tearooms at Alcorns Garden Centre.

Job Requirements for General Managers Position:

  • General Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of the businesses as well as handling the administration that accompanies the role.
  • Highly organised, confident and reactive in managerial tasks, you will be passionate about food and service, have strong communication and people skills that will enable you to lead and monitor several teams in different locations.
  • You will have a flexible approach to work, be able to think on your feet and have a can do attitude.
  • Responsible, Professional and Organised.
