Sheba is missing

A family from Newmills fear their pet German Shepherd dog has been stolen from their home.

The four year old dog, which answers to the name of Sheba, was locked and safe and secure in the family’s garage at Dooen Glebe, Newmills yesterday.

However, when the family returned home, the door was wide open and there has been no sign of the dog.

There was no sign of  break-in and none of the other animals were disturbed.

The dog went missing between 12noon and 5pm on Monday and the family’s two children are very upset that the pet dog has disappeared.

Anybody who may know where the dog is or who may have taken it should contact Donal Coyle on 083 4666391.
